Project overview

The Mukkudam Small Hydro Power Project (4 MW) is a testament to Suzgreen’s engineering capabilities. Commissioned in October 2023, this project was delivered on a complete ‘water-to-wire’ basis. We managed the entire lifecycle-from the initial detailed engineering design to the final grid synchronization-demonstrating our ability to deliver complex infrastructure on challenging terrain.

Solutions implemented

Civil Engineering: Complete design and construcon supervision of the dam, penstock civil works and powerhouse building
Hydro-Mechanical: Complete design and construcon supervision of the Hydromechanical system which includes the intake gates, trash racks and the Penstock system.
Regulatory Compliance: Secured all necessary clearances from the Government of Kerala, KSEB and local authories seamlessly.
